Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji, Goa for a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager. The responsibilities include driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding partnerships with financial institutions, Mutual Funds distributors and Insurance Agents. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and building long-term relationships. It also entails analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with the management team to align strategies with broader business objectives. Qualifications : • Sales and Business Development skills specially B2B Channel sales • Good connect with MFD / IFA / Insurance Agents • AMC / Mutual Fund Sales experience preferred • Strong skills in planning, strategy development, and execution • Analytical skills for data interpretation, reporting, and market trend identification • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in CRM platforms and relevant technology tools • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working in a performance-driven environment • Knowledge of the financial services or fintech industry is preferred • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired CTC : Upto 5 Lakhs p.a + Incentives
