Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting Market Research • Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and team members • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with an ability to develop and execute effective strategies • Technical proficiency to understand and deliver complex engineering solutions • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment • Prior experience in sales or marketing within the technology or engineering sectors is a plus
