i5 Designs is seeking a highly skilled proactive Sales & Marketing Executive with strong proficiency in Interior Design and Modular Solutions division to join our team in Coimbatore. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting builders, architects, channel partners, and end clients, converting opportunities into projects, and building long-term professional relationships. Daily tasks include overseeing production schedules, maintaining quality control, and liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications • Generate new business by meeting builders, architects, contractors, and direct clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in construction & real estate. • Negotiate and close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Interior Design or related field • 2–5 years of field sales experience (interiors, building materials, real estate preferred) • Strong communication skills in English & Tamil • Willingness to travel frequently for client and site visits Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month • Fixed salary + travel allowance + attractive sales incentives
