The candidate will be responsible for developing strong industry relations ... hips, delivering technical presentations, conducting market research, and representing the company at key industry events. 🔧 Key Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for proposal submissions • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 🎯 Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of façade systems and materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites, and other building materials) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities • Market analysis and business development skills • Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline ✅ Preferred Candidate Profile • MBA in Marketing / BBA • Experience in façade, construction, or building material industry • Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications (added advantage) Skills: aluminum,sales,facade,marketing leadership,sales and marketing
