SPARK+ Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can engage confidently with clients, articulate value propositions, and drive relationship-led growth. The ideal candidate is fluent in spoken and written English, excels in public communication, and can pitch ideas with clarity and confidence across physical and digital environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead customer outreach, presentations, and engagement activities — from first touch to follow-up. • Deliver compelling pitches and product walkthroughs to prospects, partners, and event audiences. • Manage communication across email, social platforms, and direct client interactions. • Support pipeline building through networking, events, and proactive outreach. • Represent SPARK+ at conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and ecosystem engagements. • Assist in marketing initiatives — campaigns, social media visibility, brand positioning, and event coordination. • Conduct basic competitive and market scans to derive new ideas, campaign hooks, and talking points. • Track leads, interactions, and campaign outcomes, and prepare concise status updates. Qualifications / Skills Required • Strong written and spoken communication skills with high confidence in public speaking, pitching, and storytelling. • Professional presence- able to build rapport, influence, and drive meaningful conversations. • Creative mindset with an eye for detail in messaging, visuals, and delivery. • Ability to handle multiple priorities, follow up diligently, and close communication loops. • Basic awareness of technology or digital products is a plus. Preferred Skills • Experience in sales, client relations, or marketing roles. • Exposure to content creation, social media communication, or community engagement. • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CRM systems, email automation, or analytics platforms.
