The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic sales and marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets. This role includes managing multichannel marketing campaigns, driving sales growth, spearheading export initiatives, and developing business expansion strategies across India and abroad. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and sustainable business growth. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives. - Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. - Drive sales performance by setting targets, managing the sales pipeline, and building client relationships. - Spearhead export initiatives to identify and penetrate international markets while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and standards. - Formulate and implement business expansion strategies across all states in India with a focus on market penetration and regional growth. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for international expansion, including emerging markets abroad. - Build and nurture relationships with India & international distributors, partners, and clients to facilitate exports and global business development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to streamline export processes and support seamless scaling. - Monitor global and domestic market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to adapt sales and marketing strategies. - Train and mentor sales and marketing teams on export procedures, international sales techniques, and best practices for diverse markets.
