Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing campaigns, generate and maintain relationships with potential clients, manage sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. The role will also include tracking insights, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing regular reporting on campaign performance and sales growth. Responsibilities Patient Counseling & Enrollment: Conduct deep-dive consultations with prospective patients to understand their health challenges and enroll them into the Diabetes Free Forever Program. 1. Sales Leadership: Manage, mentor, and "push" the telecalling and marketing executive team to ensure high-quality lead follow-ups and appointment setting. Webinar & Funnel Management: Oversee the webinar sales funnel, ensuring high attendance rates and seamless post-webinar conversions. 2. Sales Strategy: Develop and refine sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and closing techniques specifically for the healthcare/wellness industry. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the digital marketing team and the sales floor understanding digital terminology (CAC, ROI, Lead Quality) to provide feedback on lead quality without necessarily running the campaigns yourself. Key Result Areas (KRAs) Revenue Generation: Direct accountability for achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. 1. Sales Efficiency: Optimizing the Lead-to-Enrollment ratio. 2. Team Productivity: Performance management of the telesales unit. 3. Patient Trust: Ensuring a high ethical standard in counseling and patient onboarding. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1. Conversion Rate: % of webinar attendees/leads converted to paid participants. 2. Average Revenue Per User (ARPU): Total sales value divided by the number of enrollments. 3. Lead Response Time: Time taken by the team to contact a fresh lead. 4. Cost Per Enrollment (CPE): Monitoring the total marketing spend vs. actual participants joined. 5. Retention: Initial satisfaction score of patients during the onboarding phase.
