This full-time, on-site role is based in Rupnagar, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, developing and executing marketing plans, acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term business relationships. The role also involves managing key accounts, conducting sales presentations, analyzing market trends, forecasting sales performance, and representing the company with professionalism and confidence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth - Identify and convert new business opportunities - Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships - Handle customer accounts and ensure high client satisfaction - Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations - Analyze market trends and competitor activity - Forecast sales performance and achieve defined targets 🔹 Qualifications - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development - Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment - Experience in training or coordinating with team members is a plus - Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior experience in logistics sales will be an added advantage
