Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Baddi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing sales operations, and maintaining positive client relationships. The individual will ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and play a key role in achieving the company’s sales goals. Collaboration with various sales channels will be essential to the success of this role. Qualifications • Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication for building and maintaining client relationships • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive business growth • Proficiency in Channel Sales and the ability to collaborate with multiple sales stakeholders • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in an on-site environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred • Previous experience in sales or banking is an advantage • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
