Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Sangrur. The Sales Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating sales leads, and managing daily sales operations. The role involves overseeing channel sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth through effective communication, strategy execution, and market engagement. Qualifications • Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities • Experience in lead generation and sales operations • Proficiency in channel sales with a strategic approach to increasing market reach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive client relationships • Ability to meet sales targets and handle on-site operations effectively • Proven ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and problem-solve effectively • Prior experience in FMCG or related industries is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
