About Us QuickSell & DoubleTick are fast-growing SaaS startups focused on enabling B2B sales, customer engagement, and automation. As part of our growth journey, we are building a robust sales operations function to scale processes, analytics, and tools that support our sales teams. Role Overview As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth sales workflows, data integrity, and reporting. You will support process improvement, tooling, analytics, and help make our sales engine more efficient and scalable. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and clean sales & CRM data to ensure data accuracy and hygiene • Build dashboards, reports & visualizations to track key sales metrics • Support in sales process design, mapping and documentation • Assist in automation, tool integration, and workflow optimizations • Monitor sales funnel health; identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams to align on metrics, forecasts, and goals • Help with training or onboarding sales staff on tools, playbooks, and best practices • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions. What are we looking for • Current undergraduate or postgraduate student (Preferably in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields) • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (including formulas, pivot tables) • Basic understanding of sales processes & metrics • Familiarity or eagerness to learn CRMs and sales tools • Good communication skills — able to present insights, findings • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Real-world sales operations in SaaS environment • How to design scalable sales processes • Data analytics, KPI tracking, dashboarding • Tool integrations & automation • Cross-functional stakeholder management
