TrekNomads is looking for a high-energy, disciplined, and result-oriented Sales & Operations Lead to head our Weekend Treks vertical. You will be the heartbeat of our short-duration excursions, managing everything from the first customer inquiry to the final descent of the trek. This is a 360-degree role that demands a unique blend of sales grit, operational precision, and on-ground leadership. You will be responsible for scaling our one-day Bengaluru treks, Western Ghats expeditions, and diverse group outings (Corporate, School, and Family outings). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Sales & Revenue Growth • Drive end-to-end sales for all weekend departures and private group bookings. • Convert inquiries into bookings via calls, emails, and CRM engagement. • Design and pitch customised itineraries for corporate outings, educational institutions, and family groups. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. 2. Operational Excellence • Manage end-to-end logistics, including transport, forest permits, accommodation, and equipment. • Onboard, train, and manage a pool of freelance Trek Leads and local guides. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and service quality. • Ensure seamless execution of treks, troubleshooting real-time challenges on the field. 3. Trek Leading & Field Management • Lead treks personally when required, ensuring a "gold standard" experience for nomads. • Conduct pre-trek briefings and post-trek feedback sessions. • Maintain a strong focus on "Leave No Trace" principles and trekker safety. **Required Qualifications & Skills** • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in a direct sales and operations role specifically within the Travel, Adventure, or Trekking industry (Mandatory). • Language Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
