We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Sales Operations leader to build systems, scale admissions, and strengthen brand presence. Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 3–8 years in Edtech / Sales Ops / Academic Admissions Type: Part-Time | Performance-Driven Build and optimise the entire admissions funnel (leads → counselling → conversion). Train & mentor counsellors to improve pitch, follow-ups, and closing efficiency. Structure BTL/ATL/Feeder school activities for consistent lead inflow. Set weekly & monthly KPIs for the sales team. Monitor lead quality, call productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Prepare dashboards and actionable insights for management. Competitive part-time compensation + performance incentives.
