Role Overview We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to own meetings, follow-ups, and deal progression. This role ensures zero lead leakage and that every meeting results in a clear next step. This is not a cold-calling role. It is an execution and ownership role. Key Responsibilities • Own meeting coordination, confirmation, and attendance • Capture clear meeting notes (use case, decision maker, timeline, blockers) • Send same-day follow-ups with defined next steps • Schedule and manage follow-ups until closure (POC / proposal / closed) • Maintain clean and updated CRM pipelines • Work closely with the Founder on enterprise deals Requirements • 2–5 years experience in SaaS sales ops, account management, or customer success • Strong English communication (spoken & written) • Excellent follow-up discipline and organization • Comfortable with CRM tools and video meetings • Able to work independently and take ownership Success Metrics • % of meetings with next steps • Follow-ups sent within 2 hours • POCs and proposals initiated • Deals progressed without delays
