Sales Operations Offline Marketing Manager

B.Bath is a fast-growing body care brand focused on sensory-safe products and experience-led skincare. We’re looking for someone highly proactive and hands-on to work directly with the founders and help scale our offline presence and operations. This role will own: • Pop-ups, exhibitions, and on-ground brand activations • Offline sales at events and retail counters • Vendor coordination and event logistics • Inventory and fulfillment coordination • Ensuring the brand shows up premium and well-executed on-ground This role involves field work, event execution, and real-time problem solving. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building things, not just managing tasks from a desk. Requirements • 1–4 years experience in retail, events, D2C, or lifestyle brands • Strong ownership and practical problem-solving ability • Comfortable managing vendors, logistics, and on-ground sales If you enjoy fast-paced environments and building brands from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
