Responsible for Sales Operations Plan: Own and execute the development of annual business plan and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall management objectives. Conduct analysis of business performance metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to management. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather insight, data and feedback, facilitating effective communication and alignment on key initiatives. Participate in key business projects and initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. Responsible for sales dashboards and reports to show monthly progress. Responsible for Management summary, reporting and presentations: A.) The role provides a high-level overview of the business plan, summarizing its key points. The executive summary sets the tone for the business plan and understand the business overview for the month/quarter etc. B.) The role handles end to end all management reporting and presentations. C-level presentations including all strategic, monthly/quarterly presentations. Responsible for Market Analysis: Market analysis involves researching the target market, identifying customer segments, and understanding industry trends. This element ensures the business plan is grounded in market realities, enabling effective strategy formulation. Also what is the competition doing in the market, providing competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning. Responsible for Channel development: The role handles channel development and progress focusing on mass channel. End to end strategy and execution of the distribution channel to increase sales and market share in the channel.
