What We Need We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations professional to work directly with our founder and keep the commercial engine running smoothly. This is a full-time contract role, fully remote, and hands-on from day one. You'll own the CRM, hold reps accountable, support the founder with follow-ups, track budgets and KPIs, and build the internal playbooks that help the whole team operate better. Your Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain our CRM (Attio) — pipeline hygiene, stage accuracy, and full data integrity • Lead our migration from a legacy CRM to Attio • Monitor daily pipeline activity — flag stale deals, missing follow-ups, inactive reps • Chase SDRs and AEs when leads aren't being tracked or followed up on properly • Assign tasks to reps and run a weekly accountability report for the founder • Manage the founder's follow-up queue and draft outreach where needed • Prepare account briefings before key sales meetings • Track team budget vs. targets and maintain KPI dashboards • Support the founder operationally on customer success (account records, renewals, client prep) • Build and maintain an internal sales playbook and process documentation Ideal Profile: • 3–5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role • Strong CRM experience — Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (admin-level, not just user-level) • Experience supporting a founder or C-suite directly • Excellent written English — you'll be drafting emails, playbooks, and internal docs • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously across multiple workstreams • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or alternative investments is a strong plus. Engagement Details: • Commitment: Full-time (40 hrs/week) • Type: Long-term contract • Location: Remote — Europe, North America or Latin America preferred • Timezone: Overlap with EST required • Travel: Occasional — conferences and team offsites • Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
