About the role: We are looking for a Sales Operations – Program Manager to lead and scale critical sales operations programs across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales, finance, marketing, and systems, and is responsible for driving operational excellence, process rigor, and predictable revenue outcomes. You will own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives such as CRM enhancements, forecasting processes, GTM rollouts, sales planning, and tooling adoption—ensuring programs are delivered on time, with measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities : Program Management & Execution • Own and deliver end-to-end sales operations programs (e.g., CRM rollouts, forecasting improvements, territory planning, compensation support, GTM launches) • Define program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics • Manage risks, blockers, and changing priorities in fast-paced environments Sales Process & Systems • Design, optimize, and document scalable sales processes across the funnel • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Systems teams to improve CRM adoption and data quality • Drive rollout and adoption of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, forecasting and enablement tools) Planning, Forecasting & Analytics • Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and planning cycles • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for sales leadership • Translate data and insights into operational improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as the central program lead across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Enablement • Align stakeholders with competing priorities and drive consensus • Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership Change Management & Enablement • Lead change management efforts for new processes and tools • Partner with enablement teams on training, documentation, and rollout plans • Drive adoption through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
