The Sales Operations Proposal Manager provides pursuit and bid leadership for complex proposals, client accounts or services within a specific market or solution area. Responsibilities include: • Champion and lead the implementation of our Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) methodology. • Develop understanding in review of client terms & conditions, pricing strategies and Jacobs’ financial metrics. • Work within core Sales Systems and Tools (e.g. CSP, CDRS, SharePoint and Knowledge Centre). Here's what you’ll need: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant Degree with around 10+ years of experience. • Solution-selling strategy development. • Business acumen.
