Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Ops Lead based in Chennai. The Sales Ops Lead will focus on managing and streamlining sales operations, analyzing sales performance data, creating and implementing strategies to improve sales efficiency, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. Responsibilities include process optimization, team support, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales performance and alignment with company goals. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, and Process Optimization • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools for data analysis • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking platforms • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively • Experience in business process improvement and strategic planning • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus • Prior experience in the technology or IT services industry is advantageous
