Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Order and Order Fulfilment Operations Executive located in Bengaluru East. The role involves managing sales orders, overseeing order fulfilment processes, and coordinating with various teams. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and communication. Additional tasks may include collaborating with sales teams, providing training support, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal Communication and Customer Service skills • Experience or expertise in Sales and Sales Management roles • Ability to provide Training and support to team members or clients • Proficiency in managing operations and coordinating among different stakeholders • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in order management or sales operations • Attention to detail and organizational abilities • Graduate degree in any discipline preferred • * gowthami@whitehorsemanpower.in
