Job Title: Company: HnH Placement Pvt. Ltd. Description: Sales Performance Leader Mumbai Budget: Max 35 LPA Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Coordination • Serve as the primary link between the CSO’s office and all branches/centers for alignment on priorities, targets, and execution. • Conduct regular performance reviews, branch sync-ups, and field visits to identify challenges and ensure effective course correction. 2. Process Optimization • Map, streamline, and optimize end-to-end sales processes including order-to-cash, inventory allocation, and incentive management. • Implement SOPs, checklists, and automation to reduce manual work and enhance productivity. 3. Sales Forecasting & Planning • Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting cycle with validated assumptions and accurate inputs. • Maintain dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and variance analysis. 4. Performance Management • Develop and manage key sales KPIs such as ASP, conversion rate, sell-through, GM, and productivity ratios. • Guide branch leaders on performance improvements using data-driven insights. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Align closely with marketing, finance, merchandising, and supply chain to ensure smooth demand planning, budget adherence, and inventory alignment. • Facilitate joint business reviews and ensure timely decision-making backed by data. 6. Strategic Initiatives • Identify and implement performance enhancement levers such as new channel rollouts, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and market expansion. • Support the CSO on strategic projects including pricing pilots, digital transformation, and operational efficiency programs. Required Qualifications: • Experience: 8–12 years across retail, edtech, interiors, BFSI, or similar sectors with at least 3–5 years in sales performance or operations roles. • Skills: Expertise in advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Strong understanding of sales workflows, demand planning, and order-to-cash processes. • Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and influence senior leadership. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience reporting to a CSO or senior business leader. • Demonstrated success in improving forecast accuracy and operational efficiency. • Familiarity with CRM, POS, OMS, and performance management systems.
