Qualifications • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and articulating ideas effectively • Customer Service expertise to address client needs and deliver impactful solutions • Proven skills in Sales strategies and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve targets • Experience in Training and coaching team members to foster growth and competency • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis to inform sales practices • Educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
