Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Professional will engage in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfill client requirements. The role requires constant communication with stakeholders and potential partners to enhance business growth. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Communication • Experience in Market Research, Negotiation, and Sales Strategy development • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making • Proven ability to meet targets and thrive in a goal-driven environment • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus • Knowledge of the technology or upskilling industry will be an added advantage
