We’re Hiring: Sales Professional – Advertising Sales We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably in Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue generation through ad sales across Print, OOH, DOOH, and Digital platforms • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and media agencies • Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads • Conceptualise new ideations to create additional revenue streams • Prepare concept notes, proposals, and P&L for new initiatives • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry insights Requirements • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales • Strong expertise in Media Sales (OOH & DOOH preferred) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong analytical ability with a sharp focus on numbers • Proven client-handling experience • Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Opportunity to work with leading brands • A growth-oriented, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment
