We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Professionals with a proven track record in premium real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have the skills, confidence, and market knowledge required to sell luxury apartments priced ₹3 Cr and above. This is a high-growth opportunity for ambitious sales leaders who want to be part of a premium brand in the luxury housing market. Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end sales of premium residential projects (₹3 Cr+) • Engage with HNI clients and convert prospects into successful sales • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent communication • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for strategic sales initiatives Requirements: • 8–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury/premium segments • Strong ability to sell high-ticket properties (₹3 Cr+) • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business/Marketing/related fields preferred) • Strong network and client-handling expertise in the Bangalore real estate market
