About the Role We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage inbound sales for our US-based business. This role requires someone with excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and the potential to convert incoming inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities ✔ Handle inbound sales calls from US customers ✔ Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions ✔ Maintain a professional tone and build trust with customers ✔ Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales ✔ Update call logs, customer records, and follow-up details ✔ Work with the team to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets ✔ Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle Required Skills & Qualifications 🔹 Excellent English communication skills are a must 🔹 Experience in US sales / BPO / customer support preferred (not mandatory) 🔹 Ability to work night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST) 🔹 Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented 🔹 Good listening skills + problem-solving ability 🔹 Basic computer skills What We Offer 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 + Monthly Bonus 📈 Career growth in a fast-expanding business 🌙 Night shift allowance 🏢 Supportive and professional work environment Location 📍 Pune (On-Site) Candidates must be comfortable working from the office during the night shift.
