Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative – International Markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, giving impactful presentations to potential clients, and driving the sales of our IT software products in the international market. This role combines excellent communication skills, technical product understanding, and a customer-centric approach to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Conduct online presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT software products. • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to stay updated on product features and industry trends. • Identify potential leads, nurture them, and convert them into loyal customers. • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. • Stay informed about competitive products and market dynamics to position our offerings effectively. Qualifications and Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT/software industry and international markets. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT/software solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations using tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms. • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. • Customer Orientation: A customer-first mindset with a focus on understanding and solving client challenges. • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
