Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in software product sales, especially calling-based sales. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding business needs, and closing deals for our software-based products. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound and inbound sales calls for software products • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions • Explain product features, pricing, and business benefits clearly • Qualify leads, follow up, and close sales opportunities • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals in CRM • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Coordinate with marketing and support teams for deal closures Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 1 year experience in software product sales • Strong experience in telecalling / inside sales • Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage • Experience selling CRM, ERP, or business software is preferred • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Target-driven and self-motivated • Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer • Competitive salary: ₹2–3 LPA • Performance-based incentives • Growth opportunities in software sales • Collaborative and fast-paced work culture
