Role Overview We’re hiring a Sales Specialist to connect with potential clients and help scale Mind Driven’s advertising services. Your main responsibility will be to cold call potential businesses, introduce our services and convert leads into clients. This is a part-time role, making it perfect for students or freshers who want to gain real sales experience while managing college. Compensation • ₹10,000/month (applicable only if you close at least 1 client in the month) • 10% commission on every sale (applicable only if you close at least 2 clients in the month) • Promotion after 3–6 months based on performance Responsibilities • Make and manage daily cold calls to potential clients (target-based) • Follow up with leads and close deals • Maintain records of prospects and clients • Report progress to the team regularly • Be present daily (except Sundays, which are off) Requirements • Strong communication and convincing skills • Confidence on calls • Target-driven and disciplined • Sales experience preferred, but not mandatory • Students are welcome (can be done along with college)
