Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Modinagar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, driving sales, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, presenting products or services, and assisting in closing sales. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to sales strategy development and participate in training activities to improve sales effectiveness. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for meeting sales targets and leading initiatives • Experience in Training or mentoring team members to enhance overall sales performance • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse customer backgrounds • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals • Competence in using CRM tools and maintaining organized sales records • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
