Sales Specialist for Marketing Agency – Inside Sales Remote | EST Timezone (Canadian Time Zone) | 2–4 Years Experience • 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Representative / Specialist • Must be available full-time on EST time zone/ Canadian timezone (night shift) • Having experience in selling digital marketing services to business owners • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and DMs to business owners • Schedule and book discovery/demo calls for the senior sales and closing team • Follow up consistently with leads through multi-touch outreach sequences • Bring awareness of the agency's services to targeted business owners and brands • Maintain clean, accurate records of all calls, emails, & message activity in the CRM • Hit daily and weekly KPIs across calls, emails, messages sent, and meetings booked • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • Brief the closing team thoroughly before every discovery call with prospect insights • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and digital marketing news to speak credibly with prospects • Attend daily or weekly team standups and sales meetings • Report daily and weekly numbers — calls, emails, DMs sent, and meetings booked • Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging based on response rates and feedback We will call you in for in-person Interview if your portfolio looks good!
