We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage a structured 8-member sales team. This is a hardcore sales leadership role where the Team Lead owns: Team sales targets Daily performance CRM discipline Follow-ups Training, motivation & accountability This role is for people who are comfortable with targets, pressure, and ownership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Ownership • Achieve and exceed monthly team sales targets • Drive daily closures and pipeline movement • Monitor conversion ratios and productivity Team Handling • Manage and guide a 6-member sales team • Conduct daily reviews and performance discussions • Train team members on pitch, follow-up & closing • Ensure motivation and discipline within the team Process & CRM Discipline • Ensure 100% CRM hygiene • Follow-ups logged without delay • Accurate lead stage movement • Zero tolerance for lead leakage Reporting & Accountability • Track individual and team performance • Share daily and weekly reports with management • Take ownership of results and corrective actions REQUIREMENTS • 2–5 years experience in B2C sales • Minimum 1 year experience handling a sales team • Strong communication & leadership skills • Target-driven mindset • Comfortable working in a high-accountability environment Preferred (Not Mandatory): • Experience in EdTech, Training, or Service Sales WHAT WE OFFER? • Fixed salary + performance incentives • Clear authority over your team • Structured CRM & sales process • Growth opportunities to handle larger teams • Fast-paced, performance-driven work culture
