Job Description: Sales Team Lead Company: Vedlearning Location: Dwarka Mod, New Delhi Work Mode: Office Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM About Vedlearning Vedlearning is a fast-growing EdTech and corporate training organization focused on delivering high-quality learning solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to manage and grow our sales team and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives. Set monthly targets and ensure team members achieve their individual and team goals. Train new joiners on product knowledge, pitch, and sales process. Monitor daily performance, maintain reports, and track KPIs. Handle escalations, support the team in converting high-value leads. Develop strategies to enhance lead conversion and revenue. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth process flow. Maintain a strong understanding of Vedlearning’s offerings. Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales; at least 1 year in a team lead Experience in EdTech, Training, or B2B sales preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Ability to drive targets, motivate the team, and work under pressure. Good analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
