Job Description: Sales Team Lead Company: Vedlearning Location: Dwarka Mod, New Delhi Work Mode: Office Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM About Vedlearning Vedlearning is a fast-growing EdTech and corporate training organization focused on delivering high-quality learning solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to manage and grow our sales team and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities  Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.  Set monthly targets and ensure team members achieve their individual and team goals.  Train new joiners on product knowledge, pitch, and sales process.  Monitor daily performance, maintain reports, and track KPIs.  Handle escalations, support the team in converting high-value leads.  Develop strategies to enhance lead conversion and revenue.  Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth process flow.  Maintain a strong understanding of Vedlearning’s offerings. Requirements  Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales; at least 1 year in a team lead  Experience in EdTech, Training, or B2B sales preferred.  Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.  Ability to drive targets, motivate the team, and work under pressure.  Good analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
