Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader – Hygiene Appliance (SeatWash) located in Delhi NCR. The Sales Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team meets sales objectives. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, offering excellent customer service, and collaborating closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring team members to enhance performance and ensuring smooth coordination within the team. Qualifications: • Strong Team Management skills to lead and motivate the sales team. • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships. • Excellent Communication skills for ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients. • Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and formulate actionable strategies. • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results in a competitive market. • Ability to work on-site in Delhi NCR. • Previous experience in a sales leadership role is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
