Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Manager located in Ernakulam. The Sales Team Manager will lead and guide the sales team, set sales goals, and monitor team performance. The role also includes devising and implementing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, providing training and support to team members, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Sales Team Manager will oversee the execution of sales activities, track market trends, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets. Qualifications • Proficiency in Team Management and Training to effectively lead and develop a high-performing sales team • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders • Solid experience in Sales and ability to implement effective strategies to achieve targets • Strong analytical and organizational skills to monitor performance, develop insights, and optimize sales operations • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure a smooth sales process • Previous experience in sales management and familiarity with the training or education industry is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
