Scope Overview The Sales Trainer will deliver standardized onboarding training for new sales joiners and conduct quarterly workshops covering sales methodology, objection handling, negotiation skills, and content updates (e.g., new city launches). This role ensures consistent messaging, qualification frameworks, and sales enablement across the team. Key Responsibilities • Ability to demonstrate ... sales approach independently (if asked to sell, should be capable) • Maintain current knowledge of all active objections, FAQs, and market positioning • Collaborate with BD Head and sales leadership on curriculum updates • Share best practices and real examples from training participants New Joinee Onboarding Training (Every 30 days, ~1-2 days per batch) • Conduct standardized onboarding training for new sales joiners • Walk through pitch deck, qualification criteria, and sales process step-by-step • Deliver brand narrative, value proposition, and objection handling fundamentals • Conduct hands-on role-play sessions with live corrections and feedback • Ensure new joiners understand franchise model, pricing, and competitive positioning Quarterly Sales Training (~1-2 days per quarter) • Design and deliver one-day content update workshops (e.g., new city launch strategy, product updates etc.) • Provide objection handling and negotiation skills refresher training • Conduct sales skills training covering pitch refinement, discovery calls, and closing techniques • Lead role-play exercises where team members answer questions • Ensure real-time corrections are visible to entire team for peer learning • Update training content based on latest sales wins, market feedback, and new city strategies Documentation & Support • Create/refine training materials as needed (role-play scenarios, FAQ documents, objection handling guides) • Provide post-training feedback to individual managers and leadership.
