Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer based in Gurugram. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective sales training programs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, monitoring progress, and identifying training gaps. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with sales leadership to implement strategies that drive performance improvements and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong Presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions. • Experience in Sales Training and comprehensive understanding of Training & Development principles. • Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively to different stakeholders. • Proficiency in Customer Service practices to enhance client interactions. • Ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve performance goals. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, training certifications are a plus. • Proven success in a sales role or training capacity is highly desirable.
