This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our sales team, with a focus on improving their skills, boosting performance, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent training abilities, and a proven track record in sales leadership or sales training. Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and Deliver Training Programs • Evaluate and Enhance Sales Performance • Create Training Materials • Collaborate with Sales Leadership • Measure Training Effectiveness Key Qualifications: • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a related role. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Skills: • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in training tools and techniques, including e-learning platforms and CRM systems. • Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve targets.
