As a dynamic Sales Training Manager, your role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs for the EdTech sales team. Your focus will be on enhancing sales performance by providing Business Development Executives and Sales Managers with robust product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver structured sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams. • Conduct product training sessions for EdTech offerings. • Develop training materials, playbooks, and sales scripts. • Identify skill gaps in the sales team and implement targeted training solutions. • Conduct role plays, mock calls, and objection handling sessions. • Monitor training effectiveness and enhance training strategies. • Lead sales onboarding programs for new Business Development Executives. • Ensure new hires grasp the sales process, CRM usage, and product offerings. • Work closely with sales managers to enhance team performance. • Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions. • Collaborate with leadership to align training with sales targets and revenue goals. • Track and analyze sales metrics post-training.
