Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Training Manager located in Mumbai. The role entails designing, implementing, and managing sales training programs to enhance the skillset of the sales team. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, delivering educational sessions, coordinating onboarding programs for new hires, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives to drive team performance. The Sales Training Manager will collaborate with sales leadership to align training strategies with business goals. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively train teams and address client needs. • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and deliver impactful training programs. • Experience in designing and conducting Training programs tailored to diverse sales teams. • Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple training projects efficiently. • Ability to analyze team performance metrics and adapt training strategies accordingly. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, or related field is preferred. • Prior experience in a sales training or managerial role in a corporate or B2B setting is an advantage.
