As a Salesforce Analyst at Pitney Bowes, you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Salesforce.com ecosystem. With over 6 years of experience, your impact will be significant as you ensure the availability and performance of critical enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include using monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, improving the reliability and operability of Salesforce.com, resolving end user issues within service level agreements, and participating in outage management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Use monitoring tools to identify issues proactively and resolve them before impacting end users - Improve reliability, quality, and operability of the Salesforce.com ecosystem - Run the production environment with the highest availability by effective monitoring and holistic system health view - Resolve end user issues within service level agreements and maintain agreed upon satisfaction ratings - Identify support trends that might warrant system changes, communication, or education - Participate in outage management activities including communication, problem detection, resolution, and root cause analysis - Document tribal knowledge and help create/maintain the knowledge base - Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning - Coordinate with other IT teams to maintain system stability - Provide On-Call Support and Issue Resolution - Develop solutions to resolve defects and position the platform for the future - Perform Salesforce.com deployments through DevOps tool and manual steps - Comply with audit requirements Qualifications Required: - Salesforce.com Certified Administrator - Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or relevant work experience - 3+ years of experience in an analyst role - 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
