Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level Salesforce programs in a global delivery model. The ideal candidate will have strong project/delivery management experience, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and proven expertise in managing hypercare and testing phases across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project and delivery management for global Salesforce programs. • Coordinate closely with onshore Project Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors. • Manage hypercare phases including issue triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and detailed status reporting. • Facilitate SIT and UAT activities, ensuring timely defect tracking and resolution. • Oversee day-to-day execution, manage project dependencies, and drive follow-ups across distributed teams. • Ensure smooth collaboration within offshore delivery models, including effective time-zone overlap and handoffs. • Provide clear, concise, and structured reporting to onshore stakeholders. • Maintain high attention to detail and accountability for delivery commitments. • Work effectively within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
