About the job

Role Description This full-time, on-site Salesman role is located in Bagru. The Salesman will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, and meeting sales targets. The additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and representing PODDAR TECHNOPLAST's products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and delivering targeted results. • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish strong client relations. • Ability to understand product features and specifications, particularly in the industrial plastics and packaging sectors. • Strong organizational and time-management skills for prioritizing tasks effectively. • Willingness to work on-site in Bagru and be adaptable to industry-specific requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
