As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining inventory, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the store. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers • Sales, customer service, and negotiation skills • Basic knowledge of apparel, fashion trends, and product features • Ability to manage inventory and handle sales transactions with accuracy • Energetic and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets • Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred but not required • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
