Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Chinchwad. The Salesperson will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry, ensuring proper product display, and maintaining the store's appearance. Additional tasks include completing transactions, achieving sales targets, and keeping up to date with product knowledge and current market trends. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers • Sales skills, customer service expertise, and a track record of meeting sales targets • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Knowledge of jewelry types, designs, and trends is a plus • Effective communication and active listening abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks • Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred • Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
