Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad for a Salesperson at REALTYPROPS. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, and promoting residential and commercial property services. The day-to-day tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing sales agreements, and providing expert market insights to clients. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining an updated database of listings and client information, and collaborating with the team to implement effective marketing strategies. Qualifications • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage clients and close deals. • Proficiency in customer relationship management and maintaining sales pipelines. • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property trends, and investment opportunities. • Organizational and time-management skills for client follow-ups and sales documentation. • Proficiency in digital marketing and the use of CRM software is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional team. • Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is.
