This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at VIR JINESWAR TEXTILES PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Durgapur. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell products, maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and creating strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory levels, and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. **Qualifications** • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships • Product knowledge and the ability to research market trends to inform sales strategies • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage inventory and sales records • Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain results-oriented • Prior experience in the textiles or related industry is advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
