Job Description SAP AMS PMO & Transition Administrator – Job Specification Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Delhi Function: Customer Success – Managed Services (Projects & Transitions) Reports to: Transition Manager / PMO Lead Type: Permanent / Full‑time Experience: 8-12 Years relevant MISSION Enable fast, well‑governed onboarding of new and changing Managed Services engagements by providing hands‑on administrative control across planning, access & onboarding, knowledge transfer (KT), governance packs, financial set‑up, and handover to Service Delivery. Key Responsibilities • Transition & project administration( PMO role with Tranisiton ) • Maintain transition plan, RAID, minutes, weekly packs. • Coordinate calendars, workshops, KT recordings. • Access, onboarding & tooling readiness • Track access checklists and prerequisites. • Maintain roster; support onboarding and certification tracking. • Knowledge Transfer (KT) orchestration • Schedule sessions, manage materials, document sign‑off. • Financial & commercial set‑up • Coordinate WBS/service‑provision code creation and closures. • Governance & handover • Prepare readiness checks, acceptance bundles and SDM handover. • Continuous improvement • Identify recurring issues and feed improvements into methodology. Skills & Experience • PMO/project admin experience in tech/MSP/Excel. • Organisational skills: RAID, minutes, dependencies. • ITIL familiarity; Microsoft 365 proficiency. • SAP landscape onboarding understanding (preferred). Education & Qualifications • PRINCE2 Foundation, APM PFQ, or ITIL Foundation (desirable). • Any B.E/B.Tech. MCA, or any PG. TOOLS USED- SharePoint/Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
