Job Title: SAP CRM Functional Sales Location: (Pan India)-Bangalore (Global village Tech Park) / Hyderabad (Rai Durg) / Mumbai (Powai / Mahape) / Chennai (DLF IT Park) / Pune (Shivajinagar) / Noida (Candor Techspace, Industrial Area) / Gurgaon (Ambience Island, DLF Phase 3) / Kolkata (Merlin Infinite, Salt Lake Electronics Complex) Experience: 7 to 10 Years Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP CRM processes Sales Service Marketing etc. Configure SAP CRM modules based on client needs and best practices Work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver endtoend CRM solutions Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations Conduct unit testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing UAT Provide postimplementation support and troubleshooting Train endusers and prepare documentation Collaborate with technical teams ABAP Basis PIPO for solution delivery Required Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Administration or related field 911 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting Handson experience in at least one fullcycle SAP CRM implementation Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules Sales Service Marketing Experience with SAP ECC integration middleware and data migration Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities Skills Mandatory Skills : SAP CRM Func Sales
